Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order from your account under Orders as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you paid online and cancel before shipping, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We do not currently accept returns of delivered orders. If something arrived damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us at info@sajnifoodworld.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

• Prepaid orders (paid online): refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI to an account you provide, within 7 business days of approval.

We can't offer a refund for a change of mind once an order has shipped, or for minor variation in weight/colour/packaging that is typical of natural food products.
