This policy explains what personal data Sajni's Food World (Sajni Tradelink) collects when you use this website or place an order, and how we use it.

1. What we collect

Account details: name, email address, phone number
Delivery and billing addresses you save or enter at checkout
Order history and communication with our support team
Basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser type) for security and site improvement

We never see or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials — those are handled directly by our payment partner, PhonePe.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver your orders
To send order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates
To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form
To maintain your account and order history
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Sharing your data

We share only what's necessary to fulfil your order: your name, address and phone number with our shipping/logistics partner to deliver the parcel, and payment details directly with PhonePe to process online payments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard access controls. We retain order records as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart between visits. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Your rights

You can view and update your profile and saved addresses from your account at any time. To request a copy or deletion of your personal data, contact us at info@sajnifoodworld.com.
